Tenpin Bowling for CERN

CERN is represented by two teams in the League of International Organisations (LIO) Bowling League who play every Wednesday evening at 19:30 from late September to around Easter at the Bowling de Meyrin.

Each team consists of 4 players and must have at least one female and one male bowler.

Both teams need male and female bowlers to provide more depth, variety and configurability in their composition.

As the league works on a handicap system, bowlers of all levels can compete, as you will see if you consult the scores on the LIO web site.

Membership of the League is restricted to members of International Organizations (which for CERN includes all categories of personnel), Government Missions and Delegations and members of their immediate families.

If you would like to represent CERN and would enjoy bowling in the relaxed, semi-competitive LIO league, this could be for you.
